This building is same like Family Store at Batu Berendam. I think, this is the one of the railway warehouse too keep goods until the train arrive at the port. But, this railway line is hard to find because it was dismantled by Japanese for the death railway in Burma and since today it was forgotten.

The name is actually The Straits of Melaka Mosque (Masjid Selat Melaka).
I wish the development of the island will be continued as it will be a really nice place to visit.
And Mahindra, I think you're wrong. If Ali Rustam wanted to create an island just to promote religion, why would they even bother to develop all those buildings for businesses and houses (even though it was discontinued)? Oh, I know, I know.. maybe they just woke up one day and said, "Let us just waste all the money..".. hahaha
But in the end, it really is a nice and peaceful place..
